Carrol performs the initial designs of all her products from her Cape Town Studio, after which manufacture takes place at her facility in the tropical Lowveld of the Limpopo Province
Carrol's love for South Africa is boundless and evident in her work. She continues to nurture talent and teach skills to those around her. Carrol has donated work space at her company headquarters to a non-profit organization working in the townships and providing employment to women who bead amazing creations that are sold Worldwide. Projects such as this bear testimony to the culture and ethos of the company
